Double Chocolate Cookies All The Way

 Lets Bake!
  • 1/2 cup organic margarine spread
  • 1/2 cup organic cane sugar
  • 1/2 cup organic brown sugar
  • 1 free range egg
  • 1/2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup unbleached flour 
  • 1/2 cup spelt flour
  • 1/2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp. fine sea salt
  • 1/3 cup cocoa
  • 1/2 dark chocolate chips

Preheat: 350 degrees Bake: 10-12 min.
Cream margarine and sugars. Add egg. Sift flour, baking soda, salt and cocoa. Gradually add to creamed mixture until mixed. Scoop by spoonfuls onto parchment lined cookie sheets, press down slightly with the palm of your hand. 

*Oven's are HOT, make sure to ask an adult to help you.

  1. Hi Eden: I realize now why my comments weren't posted on your blog. I have had a Google account for a very long time but I didn't know I would have to sign in before it would accept my comments. I just learned this by posting on Noelle's blog. So here I am to write to you again. I so enjoyed your stories. I had a hampster named "Schroeder". He lived for three years. Every night he and I would play together. He has passed on now but I dearly remember our treasured times together. God has sure blessed us with such wonderful gifts like our beloved pets.
